History: an asymptomatic purplish hyperpigmentation
Findings: bilateral symmetrical slightly scaly purplish hypopigmented patches with fine Wickham’s striae
Diagnosis: Clinical
Treatment: Topical corticosteroid (Mometasone furoate) plus Calcineurin inhibitor (Pimecrolimus) creams.
