History: Burning erythema

Findings: 

* Butterfly erythema

* Swelling

* Papules and pustules

Diagnosis: Clinical

Treatment: 

* Oral isotertinoin 10 mg once per day for 12 weeks (She had poor response to multicourses of systemic with or without topical antibiotics!
